In Partnership with the NHS England, and as part of the Better Health Quit Smoking campaign, MedsTou is providing support to all individuals who wish to quit smoking. This campaign aims at assisting smokers to quit succesfully by providing several tools, services and support, both online and in person.
One of the best things you can do for your health, as well as your finances in 2022, is to quit smoking. The NHS Quit Smoking app is one of the tools available to help you start your Journey to a healthier you. The App tracks your progress, allows you see how much you're saving and provides daily support for individuals making an attempt at qutting. This App can be found and downloaded on the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (IOS) for free.
Another support option available to help you stop smoking is an online Personal Quit Plan, which will provide you with suggestions that are tailored to support your quitting.
